A delicious duck foie gras from Perigord with superb flavour and texture – the hint of Jurancon wine just gives it a (very) little sweetness.

To enjoy at it’s best serve cool (remove from fridge 10 minutes prior to serving) on warm toast with our fig jam.

Shelf Life & Storage? One year minimum in a cupboard. Once open store in a fridge and use within 2 days.
