Delicious chocolate coated walnuts prepared by Domaine de Bequignol in Perigord with lightly grilled walnut halves coated in fine dark chocolate and dusted with cocoa.
The texture and flavour are superb.
Very enjoyable with afternoon tea or coffee, at the end of a meal, and work well in luxury food hampers.
Ingredients
Dark bitter chocolate 65% (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soya lecithin, flavouring: natural vanilla), roasted walnuts 25%, sugar, cocoa powder.
May contain traces of hazelnut, almond and milk.
