A delicious and very tasty duck sausage cassoulet prepared by La Belle Chaurienne cassoulet specialists in Castelnaudary.
Contains two large duck sausages cooked in the traditional cassoulet (bean) sauce – a very satisfying dish!

Sauce (water, tomato concentrate, salt, duck fat, garlic, pepper), lingot beans, duck sausages (duck meat, pork, water, pork casing, salt, pepper), carrots, larding bacon (pork meat, water, salt, pepper).
Store in a cupboard. Once open store in a fridge and consume within 3 days.

For best results pour into an oven proof dish and place 20 minutes in an oven pre-heated at 180c until the top becomes golden brown and enjoy with perhaps a glass of red wine or even a good Belgium beer.
If you have time you can make this great dish even better by gently frying a couple of shallots in a saucepan until golden brown. Then add some pieces of good quality Spanish chorizo and cook gently for 5 minutes, then add your cassoulet!
Alternatively if pushed for time you can warm gently in a saucepan.
