Allow at least 10 g per person.
Ingredients? Summer truffles (Tuber aestivum) 50%, extra virgin olive oil, aroma, salt.
Shelf Life & Storage? Store in a cool, dry place up to a year. After opening, keep refrigerated and use rapidly for maximum flavour.
