A finely flavoured whole duck foie gras entier (the best grade available) seasoned with salt, pepper and Monbazillac wine, which imparts it with an added flavour dimension and a few sweeter notes.
Delicious served cool in middling fine slices on some lightly toasted bread or brioche.
Goes well too with our Mymoune fig jam or sauternes wine jelly.
Shelf Life and Storage? 1 year minimum in a cupboard. Once open store in a fridge and use within 2 days.
