About this product

A very enjoyable duck terrine flavoured with a hint of truffle juice – but only very slightly to give an “earthy” taste for want of a better word!

The end result and texture are very enjoyable.

The pate itself is moist, which makes it perfect for enjoying on some rustic bread or warm toast.

Pork meat and pork fat, duck meat, pork liver, chicken liver, water, black truffle juice, eggs, milk protein, white wine (contains sulphites), pepper, shallot, anti-oxydant (sodium disulphite), natural flavouring, garlic, cinnamon, cloves, garlic, rosemary.
