Opens with a tin opener.
Storage: Can be stored 18 months in a cupboard. Once open store in a fridge and consume within 2 days.
Foie Gras Serving Suggestions
Foie gras is best served cool in fine slices on some warm toast with either a sauternes wine jelly or fig jam.
Ingredients
Goose liver, water, salt, cognac, sugar, spices, antioxidant: sodium ascorbate, preserving agent: sodium nitrite.

The Fois Gras was as expected- excellent. However the can was bashed about somewhat making it messy to extract the goodies, therefore the table presentation was lacking.
