100% natural, Lebanese bitter orange peel slowly candied using traditional methods – the bitterness of the orange peel is offset by the sugar used in the candying process to produce a wonderfully balanced combination of sweet citrus and refreshing zest.
The texture is chewy and very satisfying.
Delicious served after dinner, with coffee or paired with fine dark chocolate.
