A very enjoyable duck terrine with a lovely flavour and texture and just a hint of Sauternes wine in the seasoning.

Perfect enjoyed at room temperature on some rustic bread!

Pork meat and pork fat, chicken liver, duck meat, water, sauternes wine (contains sulphites), salt, onions, garlic, pepper, spices, chilli, marjoram, thyme, nutmeg, cloves, cinnamon, coriander.
