Whole duck gizzards (gesiers de canard) which are cooked and preserved in duck fat.
How To Prepare? Open jar, place them in a frying pan, heat them gently until golden brown – serve with either roast potatoes or a side salad.
Ingredients? Duck gizzards, duck fat, salt, pepper.
Shelf Life & Storage? Gesiers can be stored in a cupboard one year minimum. Once open store in a fridge and consume within 3 days.
