A high quality 100% natural duck confit from South West France prepared for us by Maison Godard.
Characterised by tender succulent duck meat with superb flavour.
Ingredients? Duck, duck fat, salt.
Shelf Life & Storage? 18 months. Store in a cupboard. Once open store in a fridge and consume within 2 days.
How To Prepare And Serve Duck Confit?
- Place your duck tin at room temperature 1h prior to cooking to loosen the duck fat making it easier to remove the duck legs.
- Open tin and remove duck leg, place in an oven dish and place in oven preheated at 180c for 20 minutes until golden brown.
- Duck confit goes well with oven roasted potatoes – you can use the duck fat in the tin to roast your potatoes.
