One of the best seafood soups we have ever tried!
A strong flavour of shellfish with a hint of white wine in the background, this is a very refined soup and the depth of flavour and balance are just superb.
The mix of shellfish used varies with seasonality as they use what is available to them and this changes with the calendar, but the flavour is always as good!
La Belle Iloise have a very strong reputation (and not without reason) in France for preparing very high quality seafood specialities (tinned fish, soups … )
Simply open tin, pour into a saucepan, heat gently … and enjoy! Makes a very enjoyable starter for two and very few restaurants will serve you something this good!
