A very tasty and 100% natural French meal for one person made with pork shoulder (petit sale in French) cooked in a fine tasting lentil and vegetable based sauce.

To enjoy this dish, simply open the tin, pour the contents into a saucepan, add a little water or stock just to loosen the lentils and warm gently until hot.

Storage? Store in a cool cupboard up to 18 months. Once open store in fridge and consume within 3 days.

Sauce: water, duck fat, larding bacon (pork, water, salt), tomato concentrate, salt, garlic, pepper – Pork Meat 32% (pork meat, water, salt, preserving agent: sodium nitrite) – Green Lentils 18% – Carrots – Onions. Contains traces of gluten.
