A high quality goose foie gras entier from Perigord made with best quality goose foie gras lobes and seasoned with salt and pepper – 100% natural.
These larger foie gras jars serve 8-10 comfortably.
The overall flavour and texture of the foie gras is perfect – best served cool sliced finely on some brioche or lightly toasted finely sliced bread.
Foie Gras goes well with a fig jam or sauternes wine jelly.
Awarded silver medal at the 2024 Concours General Agricole.
