A very high quality duck foie gras entier (the best grade available) from Perigord seasoned with 6% black truffles, which have been added in layers through the foie gras to give a superbly textured and flavoured foie gras.
To enjoy at it’s best serve in fine slices on lightly toasted and finely sliced bread, either on it’s own, or seasoned with a little salt, pepper, or a wine jelly or chutney of your choice.
Serve with any good French wine of your choice!
