A robust oak tree honey with a deep caramel flavour produced in Greece.

Harvested late July from hives placed in oak forest near Mount Olympus. Produced in limited quantities to guarantee a honey of exceptional quality.

Big earthy flavours and complex florals blend with the resinous character of this honey to give a set of warm aromatic caramels, reminiscent of dark molasses.
