Storage & Shelf Life? Store in a cupboard up to date indicated on lid (1 year minimum) Once open store in a fridge and consume within 3 days.

Ingredients? Water, 25% lobster fish, corn starch, natural flavors, modified corn starch, tomato, white wine, cream , salt, aromatic plants.

Preparation Tips

Perard lobster soup simply requires warming gently in a saucepan and makes a delicious French starter for three.

Goes well with fried bread croutons rubbed with fresh garlic and rouille. Another way to enjoy this soup is to add a little fresh cream prior to serving to give it a certain veloute.
