About this product
Enchaud is a genuine Perigordian recipe: cooked fillet of pork seasoned with garlic, salt and pepper – the texture and flavour are just superb and akin to a well seasoned pork roast or Porchetta.
Some of the stock from the cooking process collects at the bottom of each jar, and this is perhaps the best part of the dish! The flavour is just exquisite.
Ingredients? Pork fillet, fresh garlic, salt, natural gelatine, pepper.
How To Enjoy? Enchaud should be sliced and served at room temperature with a side salad, tepid potato salad or French fries.
Shelf Life & Storage? Store in a cool dry place 1 year minimum. Once open store in a fridge and consume within 3 days.
