A high quality, ready to use French sauce au poivre vert (green peppercorn sauce) prepared by Castaing in the Landes region of South West France.
Simply pour contents into a saucepan, warm up gently, and pour over your main ingredient.
Works well with steak naturally.
Ingredients
Water, poultry carcass, cream, tomatoes, white wine (sulphites), green peppercorn, modified corn starch, shallots, butter, wheat flour, carrots, leeks, onions, salt, Armagnac, garlic, tomato concentrate, celery, spices, aromatic plants, citric acid.
Storage
Store in a cupboard up to two years. Once open store in a fridge and consume within 3 days.
