A high quality, ready to use French Perigeux truffle sauce (sauce Perigueux a la truffe noire) prepared by Castaing in the Landes region of South West France.
Simply pour contents into a saucepan, warm gently, and pour over your main ingredient.
Perigueux sauce works well with meat dishes.
Ingredients? Water, veal bones, black truffle juice, modified corn starch, Armagnac, shallots, leeks, onions, carrots, butter, wheat flour, salt, black truffles, tomato concentrate, celery, garlic, black truffle aroma, pepper, aromatic plants, cloves.
Storage? Store in a cupboard up to 1 year. Once open store in a fridge and consume within 3 days.
