A high quality, ready to use French Perigeux truffle sauce (sauce Perigueux a la truffe noire) prepared by Castaing in the Landes region of South West France.
Simply pour contents into a saucepan, warm up gently, and pour over your main ingredient.
Works well with meat dishes.
