By far our best cassoulet and perhaps the best we have yet tried – for any cassoulet lover, this is excellent and comes recommended!
This delicious cassoulet is prepared (by Maison Godard in Perigord) with duck confit, lingot beans, sausages from Quercy, smoked pork and saucisson. Outstanding!
One jar serves two very large appetites or three more normal appetites!
Simply pour contents into a saucepan (you can add 1/2 cup of stock just to loosen the texture), warm up and enjoy!
Cassoulet is a complete meal in itself and does not require a side dish. A French red wine from the South West would be a natural pairing!
