About this product
Two portion jars of La Belle Chaurienne brand duck confit cassoulet prepared with tender duck confit, Toulouse sausages and pork charcuterie, cooked in a flavoursome lingot bean sauce. One of the best in our range and 100% natural!
Storage? 18 months life minimum unopened and can be stored in a cupboard. Once open store 0-4c and consume within 3 days.
Ingredients? Lingot beans, water, Toulouse sausages, duck confit, pork meat, tomato puree, salt, duck fat, garlic, pepper.
Cassoulet Preparation Tips
Pour your cassoulet into an oven proof dish, place the meat and charcuterie on top of the beans, and re-heat in oven at 180c for 20 – 30 minutes until golden brown.
If you have more time, gently fry an onion or shallot and add this to your cassoulet. It makes it even tastier! A few pieces of chorizo sausage will also add great flavour to your cassoulet.
