A 100% natural, very tasty typical Basque recipe/ dish made with minced duck (40%) and vegetables (red peppers, onions, herbs spices, olive oil).

To enjoy this dish, pour the contents into a saucepan and warm gently until hot.

Serve with boiled rice to absorb the sauce – a very tasty and satisfying meal!
