Two very high quality slices of duck foie gras, prepared for us by Castaing Foie Gras in the Landes region of South West France.

We have tried many foie gras and find this one particularly enjoyable – and very easy to use as it comes in two slices.

A perfect elegant French starter for two! Serve on warm toast with optional fig jam or sauternes wine jelly.

Storage? Store unopened in a cool dry cupboard up to 1 year.  Once opened, refrigerate and consume within 2 days (wrap in foil to avoid oxidation).
