About this product
A speciality from Puglia (traditionally served with orecchiette pasta), which is little known.
What is it? They are turnip tops in olive oil – the flavour is bitter – pleasant but bitter and very unusual to us.
Mix through pasta with a liberal amount of extra virgin olive oil, grated parmesan cheese and ground black pepper.
Ingredients
Turnip tops, sunflower oil, chilli pepper, garlic, salt, acidity regulator: citric acid.
