Delicious Italian black squid ink tagliatelle!
To enjoy these, cook in a plentiful amount of lightly salted water until al dente (firm but cooked), stir through some tomato sauce, a liberal amount of olive oil, chopped basil, a little chopped garlic, chilli flakes and you can add some cooked prawns for a delicious meal!
