One of the most oldest and reputed fish soup brands in France, prepared by Maison Perard in Le Touquet, Northern France.
Perard fish soup is high in fish content, has great flavour, and one of the best fish soups we have tried (100% natural and gluten free) – it really is excellent.
Perard fish soup has been fairly recently awarded “Label Rouge” status – a sort of “order of merit” for quality fine foods in their field.
Water, Fish 40%, Tomato, Corn Starch, Modified Maize Starch, Salt, Natural Flavourings, Saffron, Fine Herbs.
Store Perard fish soup in a cupboard up to two years. Once open store in a fridge and consume within 1 day.

Warm your Perard fish soup in a saucepan and serve with croutons and rouille.
