About this product

A delicious lobster bisque prepared by La Belle Iloise in the fishing port of Quiberon in Brittany. Serves two.

When you open the tin, the aroma is really appetising and the flavour very fine and wonderfully balanced.

How To Enjoy? Open tin, pour into a saucepan, and warm gently until hot. You can also add croutons and rouille but we feel that this is not necessary as the flavour is so good.

Shelf Life & Storage? Store in a cupboard 6 months minimum. Once open we recommend using it in one serving, although it can be stored in a fridge 0-4c up to 3 days.

Water, lobster (8,3%), cream (milk), white wine (contains sulfites), extra virgin olive oil, tomato concentrate, carrots, onions, langoustine extract, cognac, modified manioc starch, leeks, salt, potato starch, sugar, yeast extract, natural flavouring lobster (shellfish), garlic, natural thickener, spices, natural aroma.
