About this product

Jambonneau is a traditional French speciality from South West France and is essentially pork knuckle slow cooked in it’s own broth

It is typically served cold (at room temperature jambonneau will be solid with the pork and jelly and you just slice it) and goes well with roast potatoes or French fries – the jelly has a delicious flavour, and we found ourselves eating this by the teaspoon, when we sampled this!

Absolutely delicious if you enjoy pork, artisanally prepared with quality ingredients and 100% natural.

Jambonneau also goes well with some gherkins and a little bit of French Dijon mustard!

Prepared for us by Maison Godard in the French Perigord region.
