A high quality duck foie gras mi – cuit prepared by Edouard Artzner in Strasbourg.
Foie gras mi cuit are cooked less than fully preserved foie gras and have a slightly fuller flavour, which connoisseurs generally prefer.

Each 40g slice is individually packaged so you can enjoy them separately and don’t have to use both at once – simply open one sleeve, run around the rim with a knife, and gently push, and your foie gras slice will easily come out.
If you want to enjoy foie gras at it’s very best, we recommend enjoying it cool (remove from fridge 8 minutes prior to serving) on some finely sliced good quality white bread (toasted or untoasted), a few salt crystals/ fresh or dried figs or a chutney/ wine jelly of your choice.
