Dried Porcini Mushroom Powder (125g)

An excellent and versatile way to add porcini flavour to stock, sauces and stews and other recipes using porcini.

One tub of porcini mushroom powder is the equivalent of twice it’s weight in normal dry porcini mushrooms.

Sprinkle it on at the end of cooking or, to get the most out of its taste, directly on the plate. This porcini powder will bring an excellent mushroom flavour to your eggs, velvets, pan-fried vegetables, purées, béchamel and other sauces.

Do not hesitate to mix this cep powder with a little water before adding it to your dishes. It will dilute more easily!
