Creme de Marrons Clement Faugier is prepared with chestnuts (50%), sugar, marrons glaces, glucose syrup, water and vanilla extract.

Delicious eaten on it’s own with a spoon, Clement Faugier sweet chestnut cream also works well with pancakes, on toast, you can add it to whipped cream and use it to top meringues to make a Mont Blanc recipe … also a popular addition to French food gift hampers.
