Description

A taste explosion prepared with 82% black Winter truffles … the intensity of flavour is remarkable … and one jar will last for quite a few recipes. Can be stored 2 years (and 9 months in a fridge once open) – a useful tip is to add a small layer of olive oil over the paste.

Our truffle paste has a very strong flavour and you won’t be needing much to give your dishes an amazing flavor. Although very expensive, truffle paste remains cost effective when compared to the cost of fresh truffles and is also available year round.

Mix in butter, a risotto or some mashed potato or as simple as spread on toast and use as “mouillette” for your soft boiled egg.

Ingredients

Black winter truffles 77% (brumale truffles 64% and black truffles 36% tuber melanosporum), extra virgin olive oil, brumale black truffle juice 5%, natural aroma, salt.
