About this product

A lovely gift set for foie gras enthusiasts containing one very good duck foie gras 80g (one moorish portion or two normal portions) with a smaller jar (30g) of Sauternes wine jelly to accompany it.

To enjoy your foie gras, serve cool on finely sliced toast with a little Sauterne wine jelly.

Prepared by Castaing foie gras in the Landes region of South West France.

Ingredients

Duck foie gras – duck liver 88%, water, porto wine, salt, spices, sugar, anti-oxydant: sodium ascorbate, preservative: sodium nitrite.

Sauternes Wine Jelly – sauternes wine 43%, sugar, water, pectin, citric acid.

Shelf Life

1 year.

Storage

Ambient in a cupboard. Once open store in a fridge and consume within 2 days.
