Cooking Preparation Tips
Pour duck cassoulet into oven proof dish and re-heat in the oven until hot (180c for 20 minutes).
Or if you’re pushed for time simply warm gently in a saucepan.
If you have time try frying some shallots and until golden brown together with some pieces of chorizo and add these to your cassoulet for great results!
