A very enjoyable and 100% natural single serving duck cassoulet prepared for us by La Belle Chaurienne cassoulet specialists in Castelnaudary!

Cassoulet is a traditional French meal made with tender pieces of duck, Toulouse sausages, and French charcuterie in a rich cassoulet (lingot bean) sauce.

Shelf Life & Storage? Store in a cupboard up to 18 months. Once open store in fridge and consume within 3 days.

Ingredients? Duck, Toulouse sausages, charcuterie, lingot beans, duck fat, garlic, tomatoes, salt, pepper.

Cassoulet Preparation Tips

Simply pour it into an oven-proof dish and heat at 180°C for 20 minutes. Short on time? You can warm it gently in a saucepan or microwave.

For a little extra flavor, sauté an onion or shallot to add in, or add in some chorizo for an extra flavour dimension. Et bon appetit!

Cassoulet is a complete meal in itself and if you did want a side dish, simply serve with a salad of your choice.
