A classic French recipe and very tasty recipe for two – duck cooked in a flavoursome orange sauce.
To enjoy, simply pour the contents into a saucepan, warm up gently. Goes well with boiled rice, boiled or mashed potatoes, or fresh egg tagliatelle to soak up the delicious sauce.
