A high quality, ready to use French sauce Madere (Madeira wine sauce) prepared by Castaing in the Landes region of South West France.
Simply pour contents into a saucepan, warm up gently, and pour over your main ingredient.
Works well with red meats.
Water, poultry carcass, Madeira wine (sulphites), wheat flour, modified corn starch, butter, shallots, leeks, onions, carrots, tomato concentrate, celery, garlic, pepper, aromatic pants, cloves.
Store in a cupboard up to two years. Once open store in a fridge and consume within 3 days.
