About this product
A high quality, ready to use French fond de volaille (poultry stock) prepared by Castaing in the Landes region of South West France.
A tremendous way of adding depth of flavour to soups, stews and sauces.
Simply pour contents into a saucepan, warm up gently, and pour over your main ingredient or add to your dish as required.

Water, poultry carcass, duck fat, leeks, shallots, modified corn starch, onions, carrots, wheat flour, salt, celery, garlic, aromatic plants, spices.
