A tremendous way of adding depth of flavour to soups, stews and sauces.
Simply pour contents into a saucepan, warm up gently, and pour over your main ingredient or add to your dish as required.
Water, poultry carcass, duck fat, leeks, shallots, modified corn starch, onions, carrots, wheat flour, salt, celery, garlic, aromatic plants, spices.
Store in a cupboard up to two years. Once open store in a fridge and consume within 3 days.
