Two honey roasted quails cooked in a delicately flavoured Muscat wine and foie gras sauce: a refined recipe for an elegant dinner for two.

Heat in a traditional oven (180c for 20-25 minutes) –  serve hot, accompanied by white rice, polenta, or fresh egg tagliatelle to absorb the delicious sauce.
