    Description

In pork specialities, this is one of the tastiest dishes we have ever tried … it is succulent! And many customers have emailed since we have featured this speciality to let us know just how good they found it!

One jar will serve 2 very very comfortably – even three moderate appetites without a problem.

Enchaud is a genuine Perigordian recipe: fillet of pork seasoned with garlic, salt and pepper – the texture and flavour are just superb and akin to a well seasoned pork roast or Porchetta. Some of the stock from the cooking process collects at the bottom of each jar, and this is perhaps the best part of the dish!

It should be sliced and served at room temperature with a side salad. We also feel this would work well with a potato salad or French fries.

    Ingredients

Pork fillet, fresh garlic, salt, natural gelatine, pepper.
