An exceptional foie gras and one of the jewels of French gastronomy, this fresh whole Goose Foie Gras in a cloth is one of the emblematic products of Maison Edouard Artzner foie gras specialists in Strasbourg. 20/10 would be our verdict!
Considered by epicureans to be a really exceptional product, it is produced in our Schiltigheim workshop in Alsace (France) by our Head Chefs.
Cooked at a very gentle temperature using the sous-vide technique in a bain-marie and perfectly seasoned with salt, pepper and a blend of spices, the end result is an unctuous, perfectly and subtly flavoured foie gras that melts in the mouth and is a real gastronomic delight.
Ideal to into cut neat, round slices – serve cool on finely sliced toast and enjoy either on it’s own or with a fig chutney or sauternes wine jelly. A perfect festive starter for a Christmas meal, parties or a family celebration.
