Tasty Duck Stew In Cahors Wine Sauce
A typical dish of the Quercy-Périgord region of France and extremely tasty!
Delicious and one of the tastiest dishes we have ever featured according to some of our tasting staff!
Tender pieces of duck cooked in a very flavoursome Cahors wine sauce with cepes (porcini) mushrooms.
Simply warm up gently in a saucepan and serve with some side mashed potatoes or tagliatelle pasta to absorb the flavoursome sauce.
Serves one very generously/ or two smaller appetites.
