We have been working with the same Agen prune suppler (Maison Cotolot) for many years now and their prunes are just of suberb quality – at the lower end of the spectrum, agen prunes can be a little dried out. Our agen prunes by contrast and plum and moist and the texture and flavour (sweet yet sharp) is just perfect. Most of our sales are to regular customers who have been ordering these from us for years.
