Stephen Trigg, the co-founder of Lauden Chocolate (together with is wide Sun) represented the UK at the World Chocolate Masters back in 2023 and this sums up this range. Stephen is one of the most talented chocolatiers in the world and works with high quality chocolate to create some exquisite creations – both unusual, fresh and vibrant fruit infused chocolates and the more traditional ganaches. Their flavour is exquisite and these make tremendous gourmet gifts for chocolate lovers!
