We introduced the House Selection label over 10 years ago. The idea being that we seek out caviar of exceptional price/quality whatever it may be. We are very fortunate to be able to source our current House selection from the oldest outdoor farm in France. It is from pure Siberian (Baerii) sturgeon and it is really very good indeed.
Kew Morello Cherry Compote
A wonderful product – these pitted Morello cherries are delicious in taste and texture and the Morello cherry juice is just slightly (very slightly) burnt in flavour, but intentionally, and the end result is just superb!

These are superb! A pleasant yeasty and sweet aroma when we unwrapped it, very moist texture, great flavour, the small pieces of candied oranges and icing sugar are a delight, just delicious!
