One of our best selling caviar introduced to the Caspian range in 2013 and a customer favourite. We have sampled many oscietras over the years and consider this one of the best in the UK. It has largish eggs (for oscietra), a lovely tobacco brown colour and lingering mellow flavour, which builds in the mouth.
