A delicious and 100% natural lobster bisque prepared by Maison Perard in Le Touquet, Northern France.
Rich and full of flavour, Perard lobster soup has a France wide reputation for being delicious.
Simply warm gently in a saucepan until hot and serve with croutons and rouille for a delicious starter or light main. Serves one very generously.

Water, 25% lobster, fish, cream, white wine, tomatoes, corn starch, modified corn starch, natural flavourings, salt and aromatic herbs.
