A highly reputed single serving lobster bisque prepared by Maison Perard in Le Touquet, Northern France (2 years life unopened).

Perard Bisque De Homard makes a delicious starter or light main for one and is also ideal to serve when entertaining as it tastes delicious and is so easy to prepare!

Simple requires warming gently in a saucepan and goes well with fried bread croutons rubbed with fresh garlic and rouille.

Another way to enjoy this lobster bisque is to add a little fresh cream prior to serving to give it a certain veloute.

You can also make a bouillabaisse by adding pieces of white fish, prawns and mussels as you warm your soup.
