Make your own porcini mushroom risotto at hope!
How to make your risotto?!
Heat contents of packet with 1tbps of olive oil in a heavy saucepan over medium heat.
Add 1/3 cup white wine (75ml) and stir all the wine until it boils off.
Add 700ml of water. Do not cover. Cook 15-16 minutes, stirring occasionally. It is done when tender but firm to the bite.
Remove from heat and add grated parmesan cheese and butter and serve!
In Microwave?
Add 700ml of cold water to contents, cook for 15 minutes at 660 watts, stir, add grated parmesan cheese, butter and serve.
Ingredients
Carnaroli rice 91%, porcini mushrooms 3,2%, natural sea salt, rive flour, onion, celery, carrot, parsley, extra virgin olive oil, garlic, corn starch, miso (soy, rice, water, salt koji), yeast extract, spices.
