A delicious and very enjoyable Provençale, bouillabaisse style French fish soup.
Prepared with 100% natural ingredients – French rockfish, vegetables and seasoning, the flavour is wonderfully balanced with a very pleasant note of fennel.
To enjoy, simply warm gently in a saucepan until hot and serve with bread croutons and rouille.
